Venture · Founder support · Separate venture
Save Our Startup
Most startups don't die from one catastrophic event. They drift — the proposition blurs, the founder runs out of clarity before they run out of money. Save Our Startup exists for that moment.

Opportunity
Early-stage founders are surrounded by advice and starved of direction. The support that exists is either expensive consultancy priced for funded companies, or free content that never touches the specifics of their situation.
The opportunity is the middle: structured, honest, founder-to-founder intervention at the point where an idea is still fixable — before the pivot, the raise or the quiet shutdown.
What was built
Save Our Startup is being built as a standalone venture with its own identity, audience and product surface — deliberately separate from The Wiser Tiger, which is the founder layer, not the company.
The current build focuses on the diagnostic front door: getting a founder to state their situation clearly, then giving them a structured read on it rather than a generic playbook.
My role
Founder. Positioning, proposition and naming; creative direction and identity system; product structure and AI-native build. The same three-part operating model I apply to founder work, applied to my own venture first.
Key decisions
- Keep it a separate venture — the founder brand should not absorb the company brand.
- Lead with diagnosis, not with a course. Founders need a mirror before they need a curriculum.
- Design for the low moment, not the launch moment: calm, direct, unembarrassing to use.
- Build the real interface early. A working prototype exposes weak thinking faster than a document.
What it demonstrates
That I can take an emotionally loaded, crowded space and give it a defensible position, a coherent creative territory and a working product path — without waiting for a team or a budget to make it real.
